These classes are aimed at the professional or advanced fighters looking to hone their existing skills and learn new ones in the company of other fighters. This session is strickly for the more advanced fighter.

THE MOST RESULT DRIVEN WORKOUT ANYWHERE!  Blending authentic kickboxing training with intense calorie burning exercises and phenomenal resistance training. We take fitness to a whole new level  not to mention burning up to 1200 cal in an hour session! Nothing else comes close! This class is all about fitness, toning up and weight loss.
